The agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "You," encompassing all individuals or entities using our Services) and Xiaomi Store Pakistan, along with operational cooperators ("Cooperator"), herein collectively referred to as "Parties," governs the access and utilization of services provided by Xiaomi Store Pakistan, including product-related services, after-sale services, customer services, and web services available at Xiaomistore.pk ("Site"), provided by us or our subsidiaries and affiliates.

The Site, along with its contents, is the intellectual property of Xiaomi Store Pakistan and its licensors. Your use of this Site indicates your acceptance of this agreement; failure to agree results in your inability to use the Site. Xiaomi Store Pakistan reserves the right to modify the content of this Agreement at its discretion. Each change becomes effective upon posting on the site, and it is the User's responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of the Site after changes signify your acceptance thereof.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All materials on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer codes ("Content"), are owned, controlled, or licensed by Xiaomi Store Pakistan, protected by intellectual property laws. Without express consent from Xiaomi Store Pakistan, Users are prohibited from various actions, including uploading, copying, reproducing, or distributing the Site or its Content.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are required to abide by the terms outlined in this agreement when using their accounts and the site. Xiaomi Store Pakistan reserves the right to restrict User access for non-compliance. We cannot be held liable for any losses arising from User non-compliance.

USE OF SERVICES

Xiaomi Store Pakistan may suspend or terminate Services if Users fail to comply with terms or policies. Usage of Services does not entail the transfer of any intellectual property rights. Users are not granted rights to use any brands or logos associated with Services. Additionally, Users must not interfere with legal notices displayed within Services.

Content generated by Users or third-party entities may be reviewed by Xiaomi Store Pakistan for legality or policy violations. While Xiaomi Store Pakistan reserves the right to remove or refuse content, it is not obligated to review all content.

Users must adhere to traffic safety laws while using Services. Xiaomi Store Pakistan is not responsible for expenses incurred from Service usage.

In the course of Service usage, Xiaomi Store Pakistan may send Users service announcements and administrative messages.

Downloadable software associated with Services may update automatically. Users must not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer such software.

If a User is utilizing our Services on behalf of a business, the business accepts these terms and indemnifies Xiaomi Store Pakistan accordingly.

ACCOUNT USAGE

Users may need a Xiaomi Store Pakistan Account ("Account") to utilize Services. Certain features or services may necessitate account creation.

Users must provide accurate personal information and maintain account confidentiality. Immediate notification is required for any unauthorized account usage. Xiaomi Store Pakistan reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts.

Users are responsible for all content associated with their accounts. Xiaomi Store Pakistan is not liable for damages resulting from third-party litigation related to account usage.

Users must refrain from unauthorized commercial communications, collecting user information, uploading viruses, soliciting login information, or engaging in harassment.

PURCHASES

USER COMPLIANCE

User breaches occur when applicable laws or terms of this Agreement are violated. Xiaomi Store Pakistan may regulate and respond to breaches, including account limitations or disabling.

User violations constitute unlawful actions, potentially causing harm to Xiaomi Store Pakistan. Legal remedies may be pursued, and costs incurred by Xiaomi Store Pakistan may be recovered.

FORCE MAJEURE

Xiaomi Store Pakistan is not liable for performance obstacles beyond its control, including force majeure events, electronic breakdowns, or system maintenance.

GOVERNING LAW

All matters relating to user access or use of the Site, including disputes, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Claims arising from these terms or Services will be litigated exclusively in Pakistan's courts, with consent from both User and Xiaomi Store Pakistan.

MISCELLANEOUS

Force Majeure Events refer to unforeseeable circumstances beyond either Party's control, affecting the agreement's performance.

The Entire Agreement clause states that this Agreement and associated documents constitute the complete understanding between Xiaomi Store Pakistan and Users, superseding any prior agreements.

Severance ensures that if any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

No Assignment prohibits either party from transferring its rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior consent.

Notice procedures require contacting Xiaomi Store Pakistan via the provided email address for official communication.

This Agreement encompasses all discussions, agreements, or communications between User and Xiaomi Store Pakistan, rendering any conflicting provisions void unless agreed upon in writing.
