Step 1
You need to submit a warranty claim form, which will then be processed and approved by one of our customer representatives.
Step 2
After your case has been approved, you will be asked to send the product to us using a registered courier service, including all its accompanying accessories.
Step 3
After your product arrives at our warehouse, we will send you a notification via SMS and email and have our technicians check and diagnose it for any faults.
Step 4
If we determine that the product is functioning properly, we will inform you and send the product back to you through a registered courier service.
Step 5
If it is determined that the product is defective, we will promptly notify you and send a replacement product without any charge.
