As always, quality is second to known. It`s best! It was a HUGE disappointment to find that there was no cable and only wireless plate is available in the box. Even it`s not mentioned in your product here that we have to buy the cable separately. I received my order after 5 days and now i have to wait again for another 5 days. Very disappointing.

Got my Wireless charger today. The charger looks very high quality. No cable or adapter inside which is what is mentioned in the details so no surprises. In order to test it I tried to plugin my existing USB-C cable which is plugged into an existing adapter. The cable did not go in because the cable point is too narrow. I went looking for another cable that might fit in and finally after two attempts the third one worked. Excited to wirelessly charge my phone I sat on my desk and put my phone on the charger and nothing happened. Tried to plug the cable in my Laptop and I see the light flashing, took out the manual it was all in Chinese. Googled it and found it might be due to incompatible adapter. So I tried two more in my room. None worked, then I went out and tried each and every adapter in the house probably 5 more including Mi Power Socket that comes with 3 USB ports. None of them worked. I like Mi products but why make/sell a product that is not compatible with most of the common interfaces. If this only works with a specific cable/adapter mention it here or ship it including the accessories. Very disappointed with the whole experience.
