I made an online order for air purifier 3 online item was delivered on time and was original paid money on delivery . I will like to mention one more thing i thought they changed the filter that comes with it but i was a mistake by me .India get different filter in box and the one they are importing comes from china and they have different filter. Issue was resolved they explained and i checked online myself on mi china official website .India gets filter with charcoal layer on the outside china one have charcoal layer on the inside both are same work same as well. I got angry but they were very professional they calmed me down and explained to me by sending a video on whats app where they showed me India and china official website. I checked website myself as well said sorry and promised them that i will leave a honest review. 5 star for the sale experience and the service and the patience shown by there customer care.

Bought this from here a week ago and its turned on 24/7 since then. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The ability to control it remotely from mobile app is a big plus. Outside air quality is 270 AQI right now in Lahore, while my room AQI is 17, yay :)

Just bought the mi 3 air purifier, I am unable to connect it to the router and mi home app. There is no information in the pumflet given as well as on the Internet. I hope anyone can help. Everything else is fine.
