I got my FIMI X8 last week in Lahore, had a nice flight today with Fimi X8 SE. I`m glad to see that this drone has a lot to offer in this price range. Video quality (4K at 100Mbps bitrate) is amazing too, I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for budget professional drone!

X8 SE is certainly a very good drone for the price in the current Pakistani drone market. Has good build quality, powerful and reliable motors, and comparable flight time per cell when compared t Mavics. If this is your first decent drive then you would not regret investing in it and enjoying all of it features. Overall though, at this price point, there really isn`t anything in this price range yet to have all the features of X8 SE and that is where it really scores. Definitely a bit if your first proper drone.

I have been shopping online from online stores in Pakistan for the last 3 years and there are three things I value the most; quality of the product, staff`s cooperation and how fast the product is dispatched. I had some reservations about Xiaomi Store and before ordering FIMI X8 SE drone, I discussed those reservations with the staff on their Whats App and they were very polite and helpful. After I made the advance payment for my order, the product was dispatched the very next day. There was some hiccup in the delivery but it was quickly resolved by the Xiaomi Store. Therefore I highly recommend this store for all things Xiaomi and even the products of other companies like my second order was of 64GB (U3) SanDisk Memory card which I received in two days as well after placing the order. I have flown the drone two times (recharged two times) and so far there is no fault found.

i bought this 15 days ago and its fallen due to disconnection of gps and now no one is here to assist and no shop is repairing this in pakistan please dnt buy this product if u dnt want to waste it if someone wants my drone i will give it for free because this is now just nothing

  Sir if there is any damage to the drone physically we assist the customer in getting the propellers or the arm replacements but in your case, the drone was submerged into the water and is water damaged.

I ordered this product, I saw one of the reviews about the damage of drone. would you please specify how we can avoid any damage/crash of drone before/during flight?

  There are so many causes for drone crashes that it is almost impossible to plan for and anticipate every scenario. There are, however, several things you can do to reduce the probability of a crash: 1, The rotors/propellers of your drone are made to be sturdy and yet soft so as not to hurt people or cause damage to other objects. They are thus quite susceptible to bending out of shape after several bumps. Always check each of the rotors before a flight to make sure they are in perfect shape. 2, Always fly in open areas away from tall buildings whenever you can. 3, Incorrectly-tuned compasses are one of the biggest causes of drone crashes. Drone compasses can become detuned from any magnetic and radio frequency (RF) source. Avoid keeping the UAV is too close to magnets such as those in car speakers during transportation as well as flying in an environment with high electromagnetic interference, such as close to high voltage power lines and cell phone towers. 4, When the GPS lock is lost during flight and then regained causing the drone to recalibrate an incorrect home point. Keep in mind that the home point can be where your UAV took off from or wherever your remote controller is so you check that it’s correct. Finally, make sure you set your return home altitude so that it’s higher than anything in the area, 100 meters should work just fine unless you’re flying in a city or near some particularly tall structures such as telephone masts. 5, Always fly with a fully charged battery and never be tempted to start a new flight with a low or partially charged battery. While you’ll probably get away with using a semi-charged battery most of the time, this always comes with the risk of randomly losing power mid-flight when you least expect it. 6, It is important to land your drone with 30% power in reserve such that in case an emergency requires you to delay the landing you have enough time to either find a new landing spot or deal with the problem. Furthermore, some UAVs come with a failsafe feature where the drone automatically heads for its home point once the battery reaches 10% and while this can be useful, if there are any trees or other obstacles between the drone and its home point it will fly straight into them. 7, ​When the drone is flying so high up in the sky it can be hard to tell, especially for beginner pilots, which side is which and so one can easily mistake the tail end for the nose and hence misdirect the UAV. Make sure to familiarize yourself with which side is which before flying farther out. Drones are highly complex devices that rely on various systems to perform properly and while there’s no way to guarantee a safe flight you can avoid certain things as explained above to minimize the chances of crashing, or even losing, your drone. Most accidents can be prevented by being vigilant and diligent in all the preparation and execution needed to be a happy, productive drone pilot.
